These Contemporary Ceremonies include but are not limited to personalization to celebrate the unique life experiences that each of us live. These ceremonies can be centered around a food reception, a person’s hobbies such as golf, boating, or gardening or the legacy they have left behind through the hearts of the surviving family. In addition to the themed ceremonies, our staff also offers a Contemporary casual dress code as an option instead of the traditional suits most funeral staff wears. Families can choose which dress code or how traditional they want the ceremony. At Volusia Memorial we are excited that we are the only funeral home in Volusia County that gives families this choice.
