4 Session Series every Wednesday evening will go over keys to maximizing your brain's health such as:
- Principles for creating your own personal mind map
- Your brain's biology and the process of forming new ideas
- The Loci method of memorization and fundamentals of an effective Roman Room
- Strategies that make it easy to retain and recall names and faces
By the end of this series you will understand both why and how memory is a skill that can be improved. Most importantly, you will understand why you should care about your brain health.
