    Adams, Cameron & Co. Realtors hosted its 57th Annual Meeting on Friday, February 5th, 2021 completely online! A virtual event that boasted over 150 attendees, the Adams Cameron annual meeting was an informative and unique event filled with relevant news from the past year and a look at how the brokerage has grown and remained successful during these unprecedented times. 

    Presented by Adams Cameron president, John Adams, the Annual Meeting covered everything from brokerage updates, industry trends, and the awards show! Among the awards categories, prizes were presented for Top Sales agent per office, Top Closers, Leading Real Estate Company network referrals and agents who made the highly coveted President’s Club. 

    “Our President’s Club includes the top 25 agents in all of Adams, Cameron & Co. across all of our offices." The participants are among the most successful agents in the Volusia / Flagler marketplace. I congratulate each of them for their accomplishments.” added John  Adams.   

    The following agents were amongst the winners of Top Sales across our 9 offices: Alex Bittner and Al Wilson, Ormond Beach,  Chrissy Royce, Daytona Beach, Donna Kearfott, Ponce Inlet, Alice Cooper, Port Orange, Delta Schrade, West Volusia, Lauren McPherson, Palm Coast, and Dick McNerney, Commercial Division. 

    "Thank you so much for the award as Top Sales agent for Ponce!” Donna Kearfott gushed. “Despite all the challenges we faced with COVID-19 this past year, I feel so fortunate to have had a successful year with my real estate business and would like to thank my clients and Adams Cameron for helping my business thrive!" A sentiment many of our agents shared, including Alice Cooper, winner of the most prestigious honor of Top Overall Sales Agent Company-Wide for 2020! “In a year that presented so many challenges both in our community and the world as a whole, we're honored to be named Company Wide Sales Leader in 2020. We've always prided ourselves on the level of service we provide to our customers, but this year we are especially humbled. Thank you to all of the families that trusted us to navigate them through the buying and selling process safely.” Alice said. 

    The Bright Future Award, which represents the agent with the largest 2020 production for an agent hired in 2019 or 2020, was a very close race. Gina Sweringen and Lauren McPherson competed in a neck and neck race for all of last year. Ultimately it was presented to Palm Coast agent Lauren McPherson. “I feel so proud and grateful to have the opportunity to help families in the city that I love so much! Receiving the bright future award is just the icing on the cake. My primary focus being your realtor is to provide exceptional customer service and to make the home buying or selling experience as enjoyable as possible” Lauren said enthusiastically upon receiving the award. 

    Ormond Beachside agents, Ryan Adams and Nancy Cortez tied as the Top Closers for 2020! Once again, the winner of the Most Closings in 2020 award went to Port Orange agent, Alice Cooper! Congratulations to all winners. “I’m proud of our top producers and very impressed with the number of people who were in the running this year. We have a long list of successful agents!” said John Adams.

    The Annual Meeting also highlighted the exciting new initiatives for the upcoming year. A continued partnership with leading advertising strategy, AC Precision Targeting powered by AdFenix, continues to provide agents with highly targeted, and incredibly successful visibility on listings and branding for agents, providing a click through rate on internet ads 20x higher than the national average. 

    We also introduced our new website migration to Delta Media. A completely innovative system that integrates a plethora of capabilities including marketing, CRM, agent websites and seamless MLS integration. We also introduced the transition of Google+ to Google Currents, an internal social media forum where agents and the admin team can post relevant content to provide the experience of all of the Adams, Cameron agents with regards to an issue any one is addressing.

    Our complete utility concierge service, Utility Connect, which helps buyers move from one home to another seamlessly is also proving to be a great success as well as the use of the online lead system, OpCity, with multiple closings everyday! 

    A unique iBuyer program, Easy Knock, is also part of the rollout plan for 2021 and is a great tool that our agents will be able to offer their sellers a quick buyout on their property. Either to buy another property or to cash out and provide a leaseback.

    With the world on lockdown in 2020, our brokerage had to learn how to navigate and adapt with the times. Luckily with access to high speed internet and our Google platform, our company was able to stay connected with Google Meet, virtual conferencing and socially-distanced events that kept everyone in the loop and boosted company morale while keeping everyone safe during the pandemic.

    2020 exhibited a successful year in all-around sales, agent growth and participation in wonderful community events. Adams, Cameron & Co. proved once again to be the standard of success in the real estate community and is excited for another prosperous year in 2021.
