    Ormond Beach, FL – October 07, 2020

The Adams Cameron Foundation recently contributed to Camp Boggy Creek!

On Sunday, October 4th, participants on motorcycles rode through scenic Ormond Beach for the annual Bruce Rossmeyer’s “Ride for Children” event. Riders were escorted by The Volusia County Sheriff Department. This was the charity’s 26th year!

Co-Founded in 1996 by actor and philanthropist Paul Newman, Camp Boggy Creek’s mission is “to foster a spirit of joy by creating a free, safe and medically-sound camp environment that enriches the lives of children with serious illnesses and their families.” Open year-round, Camp Boggy Creek, located in Eustis, FL serves children of all ages that have been diagnosed with chronic or life-threatening conditions on their 232-acre nonprofit site.

The vision of Camp Boggy Creek has one premise in mind and that is “that every child, no matter their illness, could experience the transformational spirit and friendships that go hand in hand with camp.” Funded entirely by generous donations, it was the honor of  Adams Cameron Foundation to be a repeat contributor this year.
